    Moe Set Wine is the Miss Universe Myanmar 2013 titleholder, and represented Myanmar in the Miss Universe 2013 competition in Moscow on 9 November and  the first woman to represent the country in the competition since 1961.
    She was born in Yangon on 20 May 1988. She graduated from Dagon University with a degree in English. She later earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in marketing from California Lutheran University.
